Arcadia is proof that Brockton Bay isn't uniformly broken — just mostly. The school benefits from its location in a better neighborhood and quiet PRT funding that ensures Wards have a safe civilian school environment. Students here generally come from middle-class families or have tested in on merit. The contrast with Winslow is stark and uncomfortable. Several Wards attend under their civilian identities, and their classmates mostly don't know — though some suspect. The school has actual functioning programs, clubs, and sports teams. After Leviathan, many Winslow students transfer here, including Taylor, creating tensions between the two student populations. Dean Stansfield (Gallant) and Victoria Dallon (Glory Girl) are among the known students.
