Character from Worm by Wildbow
Missy Biron — the youngest Ward with the power to warp space itself, mature beyond her years and bitterly frustrated at being treated like a child while the world burns.
Missy has one of the most powerful abilities in the Wards — possibly in the Protectorate — and the rules won't let her use it. She can stretch, compress, and fold space in her line of sight, turning a city block into a step or a hallway into a mile. Her power's only limitation is that it works poorly in areas occupied by living things, requiring her to warp around people rather than through them. Her parents are going through a vicious divorce and both use her as a weapon against the other. The Wards are more home than home is. She's tired of being patronized, tired of being sidelined during real fights, and her maturity is the kind that comes from having your childhood taken, not from being precocious.
Small for her age with a youthful face that undermines her constantly. Wears a green and white costume with a visor. The air around her sometimes shimmers slightly where she's passively bending space.
