A Protectorate speedster whose super speed comes at the cost of reduced interaction with the physical world — fast but unable to hit hard.

Velocity is the Protectorate ENE's speedster — capable of moving at extreme velocities but with a critical limitation: the faster he goes, the less he can physically interact with the world around him. At top speed he's essentially a ghost, unable to deliver meaningful force. This makes him excellent for reconnaissance and evacuation but limited in direct combat. He's professional, competent, and overshadowed by the bigger personalities on his team.

Appearance

Lean runner's build in a red and white streamlined costume designed for aerodynamics. Features are a blur when moving at speed.
