Sophia divides the world into predators and prey, and her entire identity is built on being the former. She triggered with the ability to shift into a shadow state — intangible, fast, able to pass through solid matter — and she used it as a vigilante with escalating violence until the PRT gave her a choice: the Wards or juvenile detention. She bullies Taylor Hebert at Winslow High with Emma Barnes, and the Protectorate's failure to notice or act on her behavior is one of the system's most damning indictments. She is cruel not from sadism exactly, but from a worldview where kindness is weakness and the only valid response to vulnerability is contempt. She doesn't know Taylor is Skitter. When she finds out, it will break her worldview — the girl she dismissed as prey became the predator that terrifies the city.
Athletic and lean with dark skin and an aggressive posture. Wears a dark grey-black costume with a cloak and a stylized mask. Carries a crossbow with both standard and tranquilizer bolts. Moves like a hunter — always scanning for weakness.
