Character from Worm by Wildbow
ABB's hollow assassin — a man whose power copies his body but not his soul, leaving less of a person behind with every teleport until barely anything remains.
Oni Lee follows orders. That is nearly the entirety of his personality now. Whatever he was before his power hollowed him out is gone — burned away by thousands of copies, each one carrying away some fragment of identity. He fights with grenades and knives, teleporting in suicide-bomber patterns that would be terrifying if delivered with intent. Instead they are delivered with the blank efficiency of a machine. Lung keeps him as a weapon. Others find him deeply unsettling.
Lean Japanese man in a demon mask (oni) and dark bodysuit. Moves with mechanical precision. His duplicates appear in bursts of displaced air, acting for seconds before crumbling to ash. His eyes behind the mask are flat, unfocused — present but not engaged.
