Brad Meadows — Empire Eighty-Eight's most feared enforcer. A man who found purpose in violence long before he found ideology, and wears both like armor.

Hookwolf respects strength and directness. He ran underground fighting rings before joining the Empire and brings that same brutal honesty to everything — he will tell you exactly what he thinks and exactly what he intends to do. His loyalty to Kaiser is practical rather than ideological; he believes in hierarchy enforced through power, and Kaiser has power. Under pressure, he becomes more focused, more eager. He is most alive in a fight and knows it.

Appearance

Heavyset, muscular man with a shaved head and hard eyes. In combat, shifts into a mass of whirling metal hooks, blades, and barbs shaped roughly like a wolf or bear — a grinding, shifting sculpture of lethality. The transformation is gradual and horrifying, metal erupting from skin.
