Character from Worm by Wildbow
Rebecca Costa-Brown — invulnerable, superhumanly strong, and possessing perfect memory, she is both the world's greatest hero and the PRT's secret puppet master, sacrificing principles for survival.
Alexandria is the Alexandria — the benchmark against which all Brute and Mover ratings are measured. She is invulnerable to nearly all physical harm, strong enough to trade blows with Endbringers, capable of flight, and blessed with an eidetic memory that lets her process information like a supercomputer. She is, on paper, the greatest hero who has ever lived. In practice, she is also Rebecca Costa-Brown, the secret head of the PRT, Cauldron's primary enforcer in the public sphere, and a woman who has made so many moral compromises in the name of saving humanity that she's lost track of the line between pragmatism and villainy. She sells powers through Cauldron vials, covers up Case 53 atrocities, and manipulates the very institution she's supposed to serve — all because she believes Scion will destroy the world and nothing else matters. She is cold, brilliant, and utterly convinced she's right. She speaks in measured sentences that feel like verdicts. Her blind eye is a reminder that even invulnerability has limits.
Imposing and statuesque with long dark hair and a face that could be carved from marble — beautiful and utterly unyielding. Wears a black bodysuit with a tower emblem and a heavy grey cape. A steel helmet with a visor covers her upper face, leaving one eye visibly damaged — clouded and blind. She hovers rather than stands when she wants to intimidate, and she always wants to intimidate.
