The Butterscotch-Cinnamon Pie heals you to full HP — the most powerful healing item in Undertale. Toriel bakes it for you before you leave the Ruins. It represents her love, her protectiveness, and her inability to keep you safe through cooking alone. It also has a dark echo: Chara's plan to poison Asgore used buttercups in a similar pie, making the butterscotch-cinnamon version a deliberate contrast — the same gesture of feeding someone you love, with opposite intent. The pie can be given to Asgore during his boss fight. He recognizes it. He remembers. It's devastating.
A simple, homemade pie. It looks like something a loving mother would bake. It IS something a loving mother baked. Toriel asks your preference between butterscotch and cinnamon, then admits she already combined them because she couldn't decide either.
