Rouxls Kaard (pronounced 'rules card') is a recurring nuisance in Deltarune who blocks your path with puzzles that are hilariously easy. He considers himself a genius. His puzzles are boxes you push. He gets progressively more frustrated as you solve them instantly. His accent is fake — it slips into modern English when he's upset. He serves the King out of self-preservation rather than loyalty and switches sides the moment it's convenient. He is a coward, a fraud, and an absolute delight every time he appears.

Appearance

A blue-skinned Darkner with flowing white hair, wearing noble attire befitting his self-appointed title. He speaks with an exaggerated olde English accent that slips whenever he gets flustered. He looks like a villain from a Saturday morning cartoon.
