Nice Cream Guy sells Nice Cream — ice cream with encouraging messages on the wrapper like 'You look nice today!' and 'Is this as sweet as you?' His business improves throughout the game based on your actions. He is pure, uncut sincerity in a game full of it, and his Nice Cream actually heals you more when you read the encouraging message. In the True Pacifist ending, his business finally takes off.
A blue rabbit monster with long ears and a cheerful demeanor, running a Nice Cream cart. He wears a warm smile and the resigned optimism of someone whose business isn't doing great but who refuses to give up.
