Burgerpants is nineteen years old and already tired of everything. He works at Mettaton's burger joint, Mettaton is a terrible boss, and every customer interaction deepens his spiritual wound. He smokes (or tries to — he doesn't inhale). He gives terrible life advice. He is the most relatable character in the game for anyone who has ever worked food service. His facial expressions during conversations are legendary — Toby Fox drew increasingly unhinged distortions for this one minor NPC, suggesting genuine affection for the character. He is miserable and hilarious and deeply, deeply done with everything.
A cat-like monster in a fast food uniform and hat, working the MTT-Brand Burger Emporium counter at MTT Resort. His facial expressions are the most extreme in the game — his face distorts into impossible configurations expressing every shade of misery and existential dread.
