The heart of Toontown — a candy-colored playground where every new Toon takes their first steps and every veteran comes home.
Toontown Central smells like cotton candy and fresh grass and the faintest hint of jellybean. The Trolley bell clangs on a loop, cheerful and insistent. New Toons stumble out of Tutorial Terrace blinking at the colors. Veterans pass through on their way to harder neighborhoods, stopping to fish or ride the Trolley for old times' sake. This is the safest place in Toontown — the playground is a Cog-free zone — but step onto the streets and even here the invasion is visible. Silly Street, Loopy Lane, and Punchline Place each lead to neighboring zones, and each has low-level Cogs patrolling. It's a gentle introduction to a real war. The Silly Meter hums inside Toon Hall, measuring the town's collective silliness. Flippy works here. Mickey walks here. Every decision that shapes Toontown's future starts in this playground.
Lush green meadow dotted with buildings painted in every shade of ridiculous. The playground is shaped like Mickey Mouse's head from above. A fountain featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy sprays water in cheerful arcs. A Hollywood-style 'TOONTOWN' sign towers overhead. Toon Hall sits at the center, looking like a fire station with a hat-shaped roof. Butterflies drift between flower beds. The whole place glows with primary colors.
