Location from Toontown by Disney / Toontown Rewritten Team
Toontown's scientific research division — where Doctor Surlee rebuilt the Silly Meter and the secrets of time travel hide in plain sight.
Loony Labs is where Toontown's science happens — and in Toontown, science means inventing portable holes, reconstructing reality-measuring devices, and occasionally rewriting the timeline. The lab operates under the banner of S.I.L.L.I. (Scientists Interested in Laugh Levels Increasing), because even the research division has a silly acronym. Doctor Surlee runs the show, though the other Scientoons contribute to the Silly Meter monitoring, gag research, and the ongoing project of understanding why, exactly, Cogs can't handle jokes. The answers might change everything — or they might just lead to better pies.
A laboratory facility within Toon Hall, filled with bubbling beakers, spinning gadgets, and the kind of over-engineered scientific equipment that only makes sense in a cartoon. Chalkboards covered in equations that mix quantum physics with pie trajectory calculations. Doctor Surlee's personal workspace is the most organized corner of an otherwise chaotic lab.
