Pink Slips are the CEO's reward and Toontown's most satisfying item. Use one in battle and any single Cog — regardless of level, type, or health — is instantly fired. Gone. Removed from the battlefield by the very corporate process that created it. Toons can carry up to 255 Pink Slips, and veterans stockpile them for the moments that matter: that Level 12 Legal Eagle ruining a DA Office run, that V2.0 Corporate Raider in a Bossbot Golf Course, that one Cog that just won't go down. The irony of using downsizing against the downsizers never gets old.
A glowing pink document — unmistakably a termination letter. When used in battle, the targeted Cog reads it, sputters in disbelief, and self-destructs on the spot. The visual of a robot being destroyed by its own bureaucracy is peak Toontown.
