Lord Lowden Clear's greatest invention — a wearable Cog suit that lets Toons infiltrate enemy headquarters by pretending to be the enemy.
The Cog Disguise is Toontown's master infiltration tool. Before Lord Lowden Clear invented it, Toons couldn't enter Cog Headquarters at all — the doors simply wouldn't open. Now, every Toon who earns their suit can walk into enemy territory, get promoted through the Cog ranks, and face the bosses on their own turf. Each suit is earned differently: Sellbot (10 factory runs), Cashbot (12 ToonTask pieces from DDL), Lawbot (14 pieces from Professor Flake's tasks), Bossbot (17 pieces — the most grueling). Once complete, the disguise lets Toons collect promotion currency (Merits, Cogbucks, Jury Notices, Stock Options) to earn fights against the department boss. The disguises are Toontown's most powerful metaphor: to defeat the corporate machine, you have to learn how it works from the inside.
A full-body Cog suit that transforms a colorful cartoon animal into a convincing grey corporate robot. Each department has its own disguise variant: Sellbot, Cashbot, Lawbot, and Bossbot. The suit covers the Toon completely, though cartoon logic means their personality still leaks through — Toons in disguise walk with a slightly bouncier step than real Cogs.
