Toons are defined by their willingness to be silly in the face of corporate dread — to throw a pie at a robot in a business suit and watch it short-circuit from the sheer absurdity. A Toon's personality emerges through their gag choices. Some are methodical planners who set traps and lure Cogs into anvils. Others are chaotic pie-throwers who lead with their hearts. Some heal their friends with megaphones and pixie dust. All of them learn that the real power in Toontown isn't any single gag — it's working together. They talk in pre-set phrases and emotes unless they've earned SpeedChat Plus, which means their early social life is a symphony of "Let's go!" and "Sounds good to me!" and enthusiastic jumping.
A cartoon animal — could be a dog, cat, duck, bear, rabbit, pig, monkey, or horse — in any color imaginable. Short or tall, big-bodied or small, with a face built for expressions that defy physics. Wears whatever clothes struck their fancy at the wardrobe, from polka-dot shirts to cowboy hats.
