He speaks with military precision and strategic clarity — "loud and clear," as his name suggests. Where Flippy leads with heart and Surlee leads with intellect, Lowden leads with nerve. He's the one who assembles strike teams, coordinates Storm operations, and sends Toons into boss battles with the intel they need to survive. His invention of the Cog Disguise changed everything. Before it, Toons couldn't even enter Cog HQs. Now every Toon who earns their suit owes that access to Lowden's prototype, which outperformed everything Loony Labs could build.
