Lil Oldman is the most beloved and most hated NPC in Toontown, and he's earned both titles. He gives out the final gag training ToonTask in The Brrrgh — a chain of errands so absurd and demanding that completing it is a rite of passage. He wants caviar. Then lumpy cheese. Then fuzzy dice. Then ice cream cones from across town. Then you need to defeat twenty four-story Cog buildings. Then find a talking toad. Then find the toad's girlfriend. He can't remember what his own shop sells. He's always hungry. He describes himself, without irony, as "the most popular Toon in Toontown" — and he might be right, because every veteran Toon has a Lil Oldman story. Despite the torture, he's a Toon Council member and a powerful SOS Toon — his Hypno Goggles can lure every Cog in a battle for seven rounds. The old rabbit has teeth.
