Lawbots don't fight fair — they fight legal. Their attacks are courtroom procedures turned hostile: Legalese, Restraining Order, Sustained, Overruled. They manipulate Toontown's legal system with Cog rulings, using bureaucracy as a weapon more effectively than any pie or anvil. The ladder runs from Bottom Feeder (ambulance-chasing low-level grunts) to Big Wig (the massive, wigged heavy-hitters of the courtroom). Legal Eagles are the department's signature terror — high-level Cogs that swoop in with devastating attacks. Lawbots dominate Loopy Lane in TTC (70%), Maple Street in Daisy Gardens (70%), and Polar Place in The Brrrgh (85%). Their HQ is a grand courthouse where the CJ holds court with a blindfold and a gavel.

Appearance

Dark blue suits with blue ties, the most formal and imposing of the Cog departments. Their insignia is a set of scales (justice scales). They carry themselves with the rigid posture of lawyers who've never lost a case — because they've never had a fair trial.
