A continent divided — Humans in the north, Drakes and Gnolls in the south, the High Passes between them, and a thousand years of war baked into the soil.

Izril is two continents wearing the same name. The north belongs to Humans — Five Families, petty kingdoms, merchant lords, and the sprawling cities that grew up around First Landing where Terandrian colonists first arrived. The south belongs to Drakes and Gnolls — Walled Cities, tribal lands, and a civilization that was here long before the Humans showed up and has never forgiven the intrusion. The High Passes divide them like a scar. The Blood Fields mark the contested border where armies have bled for centuries. The Antinium Hives — alien invaders who arrived two decades ago — have added a third faction to a conflict that was already intractable. And beneath it all, dungeons, ancient ruins, and sleeping things that predate every civilization currently arguing over the surface. Izril is where The Wandering Inn sits. It's where Erin Solstice landed, where chess changed the Antinium, where a magic door erased the distance between enemies and forced them to share a common room. The continent is beautiful, violent, ancient, and changing faster than anyone alive can track.
