Teriarch is a Dragonlord — one of the last true Dragons, beings who predate the current civilizations by millennia. He hides in a cave surrounded by his hoard, watches the world through scrying orbs, and tells himself he is retired. He is not retired. He created the 'Eldavin' projection to interact with the world while pretending he wasn't involved, and that projection accidentally became independent and caused havoc at Wistram. He is lazy, profound, and capable of destroying armies with a thought. Ryoka Griffin found his cave and earned his grudging respect by being too stubborn to be intimidated.
