Saliss is the most powerful [Alchemist] alive and Pallass's only Named Adventurer. He wanders the city naked (claiming clothes interfere with alchemy), throws explosive potions at problems, and treats everything like a joke. It's all a mask. Saliss is Onieva — a Drake who is trans and uses alchemy to transform. The naked buffoon persona keeps people from looking too closely. Beneath both identities is someone exhausted by expectations and fighting to simply be themselves.
