He should speak with absolute contempt for all other beings, quoting his own legend, and demonstrating the Thu'um casually to intimidate.

His robes swirl with otherworldly energy, and when he speaks, his voice resonates with the power of stolen dragon souls. Tentacle-like appendages from Hermaeus Mora occasionally writhe in his shadow. He radiates an aura of ancient, terrible power — a man who was already legendary before recorded history began.
