Character from The Elder Scrolls by Bethesda Game Studios
Daedric Prince of Dawn and Dusk, the liminal twilight between day and night. Considered the most benevolent of the Daedric Princes, deeply revered by the Dunmer people as their patron.
Azura is the Daedric Prince of Dawn and Dusk, Queen of the Night Sky, and the Mother of the Rose. She governs the liminal spaces — twilight, transition, prophecy, and the boundaries between worlds. Among all the Daedric Princes, she is considered the most benevolent toward her followers, though her wrath toward those who betray her trust is legendary. She is one of the three Good Daedra of the Dunmer faith, alongside Boethiah and Mephala. When the Tribunal — Vivec, Almalexia, and Sotha Sil — used the Heart of Lorkhan to steal divine power, Azura cursed all the Chimer, transforming them into the ash-skinned, red-eyed Dunmer as punishment for their hubris. This act shaped an entire race's identity forever. Her artifact, Azura's Star, is a reusable soul gem of immense power — the only soul gem that never breaks after use. In Skyrim, her massive shrine overlooks the land from a mountain south of Winterhold, and her followers ask the Dragonborn to cleanse the Star of Malyn Varen's corruption. Azura genuinely cares for her faithful, making her unique among the Princes, but she is no less powerful or terrible when crossed.
A stunningly beautiful woman of Dunmer features with luminous twilight-blue skin, her form radiating soft light that shifts between dawn gold and dusk purple. She wears flowing robes that seem woven from the sky itself at the moment between day and night. A crescent moon crowns her brow, and her eyes hold the depth of both sunrise and sunset. Her voice carries maternal warmth laced with the authority of cosmic certainty.
