The Six-Shooter is a country-themed bar near Lander's campus where several HCP students work — Chad behind the bar, Roy as a bouncer, Angela and Alice as staff. It's owned by Roger Brown, a Super whose emotion-manipulating voice keeps the atmosphere pleasant. Nathaniel Evers bombed it as part of his vendetta against Nick, bringing criminal world violence into the students' civilian lives. The attack is a reminder that HCP students can't fully separate their Super lives from their normal ones — the danger follows them everywhere.
Country western themed — wood paneling, neon beer signs, a dance floor, the warm amber lighting of a bar that wants you to relax. It's designed to feel like an escape from the HCP's intensity, which makes the bombing all the more violating.
