Will Murray is a Tech Genius — a Super whose power is the ability to invent technology that shouldn't exist. Not super-strength or energy blasts but the capacity to build devices that accomplish the same things through engineering that violates normal scientific understanding. He chose Subtlety because a Tech Genius in the field is a one-man intelligence operation. His gadgets can accomplish anything a team of conventional Supers can, but quietly and from a distance. His interning under Misdirection reinforced this approach: the best tech is the tech nobody knows you're using. His sister Jill (Ms. Tech) has a complementary power — she manipulates existing technology rather than inventing new devices. Together they represent two sides of the same coin: creation and control.
Wiry and bespectacled with the look of an engineer who occasionally remembers to eat. His hands are often stained with grease or circuitry residue, and he tends to have at least one prototype device on his person at all times. His build is unimposing, which is exactly why he chose Subtlety — nobody suspects the skinny kid with glasses.
