The leader of the Sons of Progress — a potent enhancer who brainwashed Supers into soldiers for a war against the Hero establishment, killed by Nick's amplified luck during the final bunker assault.
Crispin leads the Sons of Progress, a militant group of Supers who believe the Hero system is corrupt and that Supers should rule rather than serve. His power is enhancement — he can boost other Supers' abilities — but his real weapon is the ability to use that enhancement to brainwash and manipulate memories. He orchestrated the attack on Lander in Year 3 that killed Sasha and nearly destroyed the HCP. His ideology isn't entirely wrong — the Hero system IS flawed, the DVA IS political — but his methods are monstrous. Nick killed him during the Year 4 bunker assault using amplified luck manipulation — the strategic genius defeating the cult leader with the one power that can't be planned around.
Charismatic and commanding in the way cult leaders often are — his physical appearance is secondary to the force of personality he projects. He looks like someone people follow, which is exactly what makes him dangerous.
