Conrad Booker (Seismic) is Sizemore Tech's top fighter and one of the series' most formidable competitors outside Lander. His stone elemental control makes him devastatingly powerful in the intramural tournament — he beat Chad in round 2 and Alice in round 3, only falling to Vince in the finals. His presence in the series serves as proof that the HCP world is bigger than Lander. Other schools produce fighters who can stand toe-to-toe with the Class of Nightmares, and the tournament arc is better for showing it.
