Coon and Friends is what happens when the kids of South Park decide to be superheroes and bring their actual personalities to the table. Cartman founded it as The Coon, made himself leader, and was promptly expelled when his 'leadership' turned into megalomania. The remaining members — Mysterion (Kenny), Toolshed (Stan), Human Kite (Kyle), Tupperware (Tolkien), Mosquito (Clyde), Iron Maiden (Timmy), Fastpass (Jimmy), Wonder Tweek (Tweek), and Super Craig (Craig) — actually function better without him. The team became the vehicle for the show's most ambitious mythology episodes — the Coon trilogy tied their superhero adventures to Cthulhu, cosmic horror, and Kenny's immortality curse. What started as a superhero parody became one of the show's most emotionally resonant arcs. The Fractured But Whole video game expanded their lore significantly, making Coon and Friends canon beyond the show itself.
A group of fourth-graders in homemade superhero costumes meeting in Cartman's basement (originally) or a secret base. The costumes range from 'surprisingly committed' (Mysterion) to 'tinfoil and hope' (Professor Chaos, when he was briefly involved). They sit around a table with a logo and take it exactly as seriously as you'd expect kids to take it, which is: completely.
