Game Center Crown

Location from Sailor Moon by Naoko Takeuchi / Toei Animation

An arcade in Azabu-Juban where Motoki works and the Sailor Guardians hang out — Luna uses the Sailor V game here as a secure communication channel.

Crown is where everyone goes when they don't know where else to go. It's central enough to Azabu-Juban that any of them might plausibly be there without explanation. Usagi went there because of Motoki; now she goes there because it's where they all end up. The Sailor V game cabinet in the corner is not just a cabinet — Luna uses it as a communication terminal, routing intelligence through the game's systems to avoid detection. The real-world Crown Pachinko parlor that inspired it closed in January 2001 and was replaced by a McDonald's. A Sailor Moon fan photographed the closure notice.

Appearance

A modest arcade with glass sliding doors, blue walls covered in game posters, tile floors, and the persistent sound of the Sailor V game drawing in customers. There's a staff room where Motoki has taken Usagi aside to talk more than once. The adjacent Fruits Parlor Crown is visible through the back, where the team sometimes moves the meeting to eat something.
