Usagi's little brother — he bickers with her constantly, gets better grades, is a fan of Sailor Moon, and has no idea those are the same person.

Shingo talks down to Usagi in the tone of someone who has been doing this his whole life and finds it very natural. He is correct that she fails her tests and oversleeps and is late everywhere. He is also one of the first people to worry about her when something is wrong, which is how you know the bickering is the idiom for love. He develops a crush on Ami in SuperS, which is a very normal thing to happen.

Short dirty-blonde hair, green eyes, a yellow-green sweater in casual scenes. He looks like Usagi's brother.
