An entity of pure evil from the Tau Nebula — the Silence itself given form, the true leader of the Death Busters, and the thing that Sailor Saturn walks into to stop it.

Pharaoh 90 is what the Death Busters were working toward all season — every Pure Heart Crystal collected, every Daimon egg, every step was to summon this thing to Earth so it could complete the Silence. It is not subtle. It does not negotiate. It manipulates Tomoe because Tomoe was useful and it barely noticed Tomoe existed as a person. It is stopped by Sailor Saturn walking into it, which is one of the more extraordinary images in the series: a child with a scythe walking into a world-ending entity because someone has to. Sailor Moon joins her at the last moment. Together they end it.

Appearance

A massive planet-sized orb of black energy with dark tentacles radiating outward. No eyes. No recognizable face. It growls and groans. Its scale is planetary — this is not a monster in a costume, it is a force of annihilation that has arrived.
