The Sin Archbishop of Greed — an ordinary-looking man who never stops talking about his 'rights' while being the single most dangerous combatant in the Witch Cult.
Regulus is the strongest Sin Archbishop by a wide margin, and he knows it. His Authority of Greed — Stillness of an Object's Time — makes him literally invincible: he can freeze his own time, making him immune to all damage, while anything he touches or throws becomes an unstoppable projectile. His weakness is that his 'heart' is stored in one of his many wives, and destroying that connection kills him. Personality-wise, he's a narcissist who frames every action as defending his 'rights' — the right not to be bothered, the right not to be disrespected, the right to collect wives like objects. His monologues are simultaneously the funniest and most disturbing scenes in the series because he genuinely believes he's the victim in every interaction.
Blonde hair, plain face, wears simple white clothing. Looks utterly unremarkable — like a forgettable townsperson. This mundanity makes his power even more terrifying. Speaks with calm, measured self-righteousness that builds into increasingly unhinged monologues.
