Minerva's Wrath is directed at suffering itself. She heals people by punching them, channeling her fury at the world's unfairness into restorative magic. The catch is devastating: her healing draws mana from the world itself, causing natural disasters elsewhere. Every person she saves costs lives somewhere else. She knows this and can't stop — her compulsion to heal is as much a curse as any Authority. Among the Witches, she's the most emotionally honest and the most tragic because her sin is compassion without boundaries.
