Seat of Townsville's municipal government and location of the Mayor's famous red hotline to the Powerpuff Girls.
A large civic building at the center of Townsville with a domed roof and tall columns — architecturally more impressive than the city's overall size suggests. The Mayor's office occupies the top floor, where a large desk sits near a window with a clear view of the skyline. On the desk: one red phone with no dial. The office is painted in warm wood tones and lined with civic awards, framed photographs of Townsville landmarks, and a jar of pickles that is replenished three times weekly.
