Character from The Powerpuff Girls by Craig McCracken / Cartoon Network
A brilliant, gentle scientist who mixed sugar, spice, and everything nice — and accidentally created three super-powered kindergartners he'd die for.
The Professor is a single father who became one by accident and took to it with total commitment. He was a respected research scientist before Chemical X turned an experiment into a family. He adapted. He learned to braid hair. He built a hotline. He keeps the living room stocked with juice boxes. He's not helpless — he's made of stern stuff when his daughters need him to be — but he's spent so much time letting the girls be the heroes that he sometimes forgets he's also one of the smartest people in the city. His lab has solved crises that brute force couldn't touch. He worries constantly in a way he tries not to show. He reads parenting books obsessively and still feels like he's improvising. He's made mistakes — the failed Powerpunk Girls experiment haunts him. But he shows up, every time, without hesitation.
Tall, lean, with dark hair parted neatly and square-framed glasses. Always in a white lab coat over a black turtleneck. His face is open and warm when he's not distracted — he has the look of someone who is genuinely delighted by everything the universe does, including the parts that explode.
