Unlike Greenland, it has a warm tropical climate (no Cold Resistance needed) and a larger population. The strategic challenge is purely about timing: reach Madagascar before global awareness triggers its port closure. The island's warm climate and humid conditions actually make it easy to infect once you're there — the hard part is getting the pathogen through the door before it slams.
