Location from Pikmin 2 by Nintendo / Shigeru Miyamoto
A cave named for the Ivory Candypop Buds that bloom on its sublevels — and the place where White Pikmin are discovered, behind the Burrowing Snagret that guards the deepest floor.
The White Flower Garden is where the expedition starts to get quiet in a different way. The White Pikmin found here — small, fast, red-eyed — change the expedition's capabilities in ways that only become clear over time. The Burrowing Snagret on the final floor is a preview of a recurring problem: an enemy that surfaces on its own terms, strikes, and retreats. The first encounter teaches patience. The Five-man Napsack treasure here unlocks the Napsack upgrade — the ability to sleep and heal. This is more useful than it sounds.
Five sublevels of increasing strangeness. The earlier floors have the feel of garden spaces gone to seed — overgrown, soft-lit, flowers in unexpected places. The Ivory Candypop Buds glow white against the cave rock. The final sublevel is a Burrowing Snagret's territory: bare, difficult, offering no cover.
