• Two sublevels only — the shortest cave in the game
• No boss on the final sublevel — unique among all caves in Pikmin 2
• Purple Pikmin are first found here via Violet Candypop Buds — this is their introduction to the expedition
• Contains three treasures including the Citrus Lump and Spherical Atlas (unlocks Awakening Wood)
• The Spherical Atlas is the progression gating item — without it, the second area cannot be accessed
