Item from Pikmin 2 by Nintendo / Shigeru Miyamoto
A worn plaid flannel glove — interpreted as a sleeping apparatus, yielding the Napsack upgrade that lets captains rest and slowly recover health between encounters.
The Five-Man Napsack is located in the White Flower Garden, behind the Burrowing Snagret on the final sublevel. The Napsack upgrade it grants allows captains to sleep during exploration to recover suit damage — a passive healing mechanic that becomes genuinely useful in the deeper, longer caves. The disparity between what it is (a flannel work glove) and what the expedition team believes it to be (an advanced five-person sleeping system) is Pikmin 2's humor at its best: earnest, technical, completely wrong.
A single large flannel glove, heavily worn, plaid patterning faded. It requires 25 Pikmin to carry. To Olimar and the Hocotate Ship, it reads as a high-capacity sleeping system for a crew of five. It is a glove.
