The very first monster of the series — a Dragon-level threat born from Earth's pollution who was annihilated by Saitama in a single punch before he could finish his origin monologue.
Vaccine Man is Earth's immune response to humanity — a Mysterious Being born from accumulated pollution who views humans as a disease to be eradicated. He appeared in the series' first chapter/episode, destroyed a city block, and was killed by Saitama's first on-screen punch. He exists to establish the series' premise: the most dramatically appropriate villain receives the least dramatic death possible. His power was genuinely Dragon-level. He simply had the misfortune of being the first monster to meet Saitama.
Initially a humanoid purple figure, he transforms into a massive, muscular demon-like form with wings and energy blasts. His design is deliberately reminiscent of classic anime final bosses, which makes his instant death funnier.
