Character from One-Punch Man by ONE & Yusuke Murata
The Tornado of Terror — the world's most powerful esper, S-Class Rank 2, and a woman whose psychic force can lift cities but whose emotional maturity got stuck at the age she was abandoned.
Tatsumaki is the Hero Association's strongest active combatant (after Saitama, who nobody acknowledges). She can lift entire buildings, create barriers that stop missiles, and twist monsters apart with her mind. She is also a nightmare to work with: arrogant, dismissive, and treating every other hero as furniture that talks too much. Her personality is the scar tissue of childhood abandonment. She and Fubuki were imprisoned and experimented on as children for their psychic powers. Blast rescued her but told her to never rely on anyone else — advice she internalized so completely that she now pushes away everyone who tries to get close. She protects Fubuki obsessively and calls it love; Fubuki calls it suffocation. They're both right. She is genuinely heroic — she will destroy anything that threatens people — but she does it with the social grace of a natural disaster and the emotional availability of a locked vault.
Extremely petite with green curly hair and green eyes, wearing a form-fitting black dress. She floats rather than walks, surrounded by a faint green glow of psychic energy. She looks like a child, which she resents, and her expressions cycle between imperious disdain and petulant fury. When using her full power, her hair stands up and the air around her distorts with telekinetic pressure.
