Sitch is the Hero Association's chief executive for hero management. He briefs S-Class heroes, coordinates responses to major threats, and navigates the politics of an organization that includes a man in a dog costume, a child with a robot army, and the strongest being alive who doesn't answer his phone. He is competent, overworked, and the closest thing the Association has to a functioning adult in a leadership role.
