Puri-Puri Prisoner is genuinely powerful — his Angel Style techniques and raw physical strength put him solidly in S-Class. He is also the lowest-ranked S-Class hero for good reason: he's been imprisoned for assaulting people he finds attractive, and the series awkwardly straddles the line between playing this for comedy and acknowledging it's terrible. He is loyal to his fellow heroes and genuinely heroic in combat, which makes the rest more complicated.
Enormous and muscular with a shaved head and exaggerated features. He wears a prison outfit (he's literally an escaped prisoner who returns voluntarily between hero duties). His fighting style involves dramatic transformation sequences that he narrates lovingly.
