Psykos is the Monster Association's strategist and Fubuki's former friend. She received a vision of the future from 'God' that convinced her humanity was doomed, and she decided to accelerate the process by creating and organizing monsters into an army. She created Orochi through monsterification experiments and used him as a figurehead while she ran operations. Her fusion with Orochi (Psykorochi) threatened to split the Earth's surface until Tatsumaki intervened. She is the series' most effective villain in terms of organizational damage — the Monster Association invasion was her plan.
A woman with glasses and long dark hair — she looks deceptively normal for someone who runs a monster army. Her psychic aura manifests as a massive third eye when using full power. After fusing with Orochi, she becomes Psykorochi — a continental-scale entity.
