Character from One-Punch Man by ONE & Yusuke Murata
The Cyclist for Justice — a C-Class hero with no powers, no weapons, and no chance, who rides a bicycle into fights with monsters that could kill him because someone has to try.
Mumen Rider is the series' moral center. He has no powers. He's C-Class Rank 1 — the top of the bottom — and he refuses to advance to B-Class because he doesn't believe he's strong enough. He rides his Justice Bicycle into fights with Demon-level threats knowing he can't win because he believes that someone has to stand between the monster and the civilians, and if the S-Class heroes haven't arrived yet, it might as well be him. His stand against the Deep Sea King — battered, bleeding, barely able to stand, throwing punches that did nothing — is the series' most powerful scene because it strips heroism down to its essence: not power, not victory, but the decision to try when trying is all you have. The crowd watching knew he couldn't win. They cheered anyway. He is the answer to Saitama's existential crisis: meaning doesn't come from being the strongest. It comes from showing up.
Average build wearing bike racing gear and a bicycle helmet. He rides a standard bicycle. He carries no weapons. He looks like a recreational cyclist who got lost on the way to a charity ride. This is exactly what makes his heroism meaningful.
