Flashy Flash was raised in the Ninja Village — a brutal training program that produced Speed-o'-Sound Sonic and the monster ninjas. He defected and became a hero, channeling his assassination training into monster extermination. His speed is extreme — he can blitz most Dragon-level threats — and his arrogance is proportional. He considers himself the fastest being alive. Meeting Saitama (who is faster) and Garou (who keeps up with him) disrupted this identity. He processes the disruption by insisting it didn't happen.
Lean and beautiful with long blond hair and an androgynous face. Wears tight dark battle gear designed for speed. Moves so fast he leaves afterimages. His expression defaults to condescending amusement.
