The ruler of the seas — a Demon-level threat whose attack on J-City produced the series' most iconic heroic moment (Mumen Rider) and its most iconic comedic one (Saitama).
The Deep Sea King attacked J-City with an army of sea creatures and systematically defeated every hero who responded — Puri-Puri Prisoner, Lightning Max, Stinger, and others — before Mumen Rider made his famous stand. His defeat by Saitama (single punch, in the rain, anticlimactic) was complicated by the crowd's reaction: they credited the other heroes' damage for Saitama's easy win, denying Saitama recognition. The Deep Sea King arc established the series' core dynamic: heroes fight bravely, fail, and then Saitama finishes it so easily that nobody believes how strong he is.
A massive, muscular fish-humanoid with a crown and a flowing cape. He looks like Aquaman designed by someone who hates Aquaman. In hydrated form (rain), he becomes even larger and more powerful.
