Child Emperor is a prodigy who designs and builds his own technology — the Brave Giant (a mech suit), the Underdog Cerberus (robot dogs), and various gadgets stored in his backpack. He was Bofoi's student and has since distanced himself from his mentor's methods. He is tactically brilliant, emotionally mature for his age, and the fact that a ten-year-old is consistently one of the most effective S-Class heroes says something uncomfortable about the adult heroes.
A child — literally ten years old — with brown hair and a large backpack that unfolds into various mechanical weapons. He looks like a schoolkid at a cosplay convention. His combat equipment is more advanced than anything the military has.
