The catalog of speed contains the knowledge of motion pushed to its absolute limits — not just running fast, but understanding velocity, acceleration, and the relationship between movement and time at scales that break normal physics. Lisa's mastery allows her to move at speeds that effectively compress time for her and freeze it for everyone else.
